Settled up more than 15 years ago, Relais International provides Consultancy and Facility Management Services. We operate as sole owner and manages the buildings designed and constructed by our own project team.

Sir Alhaji Sani Dangote is the Co founder and Group Vice President of Dangote Industries limited, one of the most diversified business and industrial conglomerates in Africa.

He is a member of the Alumni of Harvard Business School, USA

Madame Nathalie Delapalme
Madame Nathalie DelapalmeNon Executive Director - Relais International
Nathalie Delapalme is also Executive Director of the Mo Ibrahim Foundation. She was previously Senior French Civil Servant. Her most recent position was Inspecteur General des Finances at the Ministry of Economy and Finance between 2007 and 2010. Prior to this, Nathalie served the French Government as an advisor for Africa and Development in the offices of various Foreign Affairs Ministers.
She sits on the Board of IFRI (Institut Francais des Relations Internationales).
Nathalie is the recipient of a number of awards and honours. She is Chevalier de la Legion d’Honneur.

Kayode GARRIK
Kayode GARRIKChairman - Relais International Nigeria Limited
Ambassador Kayode Garrick is the Chairman of Relais International. Ambassador Garrick has 34 years diplomatic experience. Apart from several other diplomatic, consular and public service appointments, he was at various times Nigeria’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Brazil, Paraguay and Bolivia. He has been Non-Executive Director of Chemical and Allied Products plc since March 21, 2013. Ambassador Garrick serves also as a Director of South Strategy Consulting. He was awarded the Grand Cross of the Order of Rio Branco by the President of Brazil. He speaks English, French, German and Portuguese fluently. Ambassador Garrick holds a Bachelor of Arts (Languages) degree from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University).
Jean HAAS
Jean HAASManaging Director
Jean is Managing Director for both Relais International Nigeria and Relais International Limited

Jean owns a Master in Economics, (ESSEC France, 1979).
He has been present in Africa since the late 70’s and has developed Consultancy and Investment activities mainly in Nigeria and South Africa for various European industrial groups such as Aerospatiale group, Airbus, Dassault Aviation, Direction des Constructions Navales, Bureau Veritas…..
In the early 2000, a Nigerian subsidiary was created, to carry out real
estate development and management in Abuja mainly.

Jean also owns and manages Relais Consulting, a company based in Luxembourg, with offices and correspondants on the continent, providing consulting and service activities to major international groups in Africa in general and Nigeria in particular. Emile WIRTZ
Emile WIRTZManaging Director - Relais International Limited
Emile is based in Luxembourg, he studied at EPHEC (Brussels) Marketing/Management and graduated in 1985. Since then he worked as finance officer in Invest Control Sarl till 2000. After he became Executive Director of Soficodec Sarl, in charge of eastern markets, with focus on Russia working on financial and operational structures, organising the supervision and monitoring of the various projects the focus being on real estate: housing, hotels, offices

Hayatudeen INUWA
Hayatudeen INUWAGeneral Manager - Relais International Nigeria
Hayatu is a graduate of economics from the University of Paris 1, Sorbonne, specialization in econometrics in 1990. He started working for Relais International Ltd in 1993 and is now in charge of all General Management aspects of the operations in Nigeria.

Employed with Relais International (Nigeria) Ltd as Project Architect/Manager from July 2007 to present.
More than 40 years experience in the industry and held various positions with Architectural/engineering Consultants and Contractors as Project Architect/Manager in Nigeria, Cote d’Ivoire and Cameroon.

Yves SIMON
Yves SIMONBusiness Development Manager
Yves owns a MBA in Hospitality from ESSEC-CORNELL IMHI Program (1996).
He has been working 15 years in the Hospitality field and 13 years in the Information Technology field acting mainly as Business Development Director, Founder and CEO of different companies. He just spent 2 years working in the field of sustainable development, for a recycling business company (Le Petit Plus EA with physically disabled persons) in France.
He is based in Abuja, Nigeria since February 2015

Edwin MercadoMaintenance Manager
Graduated with the Degree of Civil Engineering in Saint Louis University, Baguio City, Philippines (1985). Worked for 20 years in the Philippines in Realty Development and Building Construction as Site Engineer/Supervisor. Employed by AL LATIFIA Construction, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as Senior Site Engineer for 3 years in the Construction of GOSI Tower building and Villa Units. Presently working with Relais International (Nigeria) Limited in 2013 to present as Project Engineer for the Construction of MASADA I (Residential Block) just recently completed and the on-going construction of MASADA II (MASADA Office Building located at Asokoro, (FCT) Abuja.
